Contests, competitions, and calls for submissions are governed by their own published rules, eligibility requirements, and deadlines, which control if they conflict with these Terms. By submitting an entry you confirm that it is your own work, that you have the right to submit it, and that you grant CEP a non-exclusive license to review it and, where the contest rules say so, to publish or excerpt it with attribution. We may disqualify entries that violate the rules.
Donations
CEP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 33-2563070). Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor subject to its own terms. Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; we do not provide tax advice, and you should consult your own advisor. Except where required by law, donations are non-refundable — if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
Communications and Consent
When you submit a form, you may choose to consent to receive calls, text messages, or email from us. Consent is not a condition of any donation, entry, or participation. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages, reply HELP for help, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
